International, LLC with a courageous mission: to reimagine leadership by equipping individuals with the insight, emotional intelligence, and skills needed to lead with integrity, clarity, and purpose in an ever-changing world.
With over 17 years of experience working with leaders across government, non-profits, and the private sector, Dr. Chandi brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, human-centered insight, and grounded wisdom to her work. She understands that leadership is not just challenging—it’s deeply personal. Her coaching style reflects this truth: rooted in respect, guided by honesty, and shaped by deep listening and critical thinking. Dr. Chandi’s commitment to excellence and innovation is reflected in her academic and professional background. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. in Communication and Hispanic Studies from Boston College. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a certified practitioner in a number of evidence-based tools including the Everything DiSC®, Five Behaviors™, Leadership Circle Profile™, and the Birkman Method®.
As an educator, she brings the same values into the classroom. Dr. Chandi serves as an adjunct professor in the Business Psychology and Organizational Leadership Ph.D. programs at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s Washington, D.C. campus, where she continues to shape the next generation of leaders with compassion, courage, and vision.
